What is the difference between the 1-Motor and 2-Motor Tablakala?

At Tablakala, we offer electric standing desks of the highest quality, designed in Spain with fast shipping from our warehouse in Spain. Our two main models are the Tablakala 1 Motor and the Tablakala 2 Motors, and we also offer accessories for your workspace.

Both models share great advantages: you can choose from a multitude of tabletop sizes, finishes, and colors, they have an anti-collision function, 4 height memory presets, and an extended 5-year warranty.

However, there are differences in height, stability, load capacity, and price that you should know before deciding.

Key differences between the Tablakala 1 Motor and the Tablakala 2 Motors

Height range

• Tablakala 1 Motor: 71–121 cm (ideal for people 160 to 195 cm tall).
• Tablakala 2 Motors: 58-123 cm (ideal for people 150 to 200 cm tall).

👉 If you need more minimum or maximum height, the 2-Motor model better accommodates all heights.

Stability and robustness

• 1 Motor: 21 kg frame, very stable. The leg feet are 60x7cm (most brands won't give you these important measurements for stability, but we do).
• 2 Motors: more robust frame (30 kg, and the leg columns are 1 cm wider, at 7x7cm). Recognized as the most stable on the market in Spain. The leg feet are 68x8cm.

Load capacity

• 1 Motor: supports up to 70 kg → perfect for 1 monitor + laptop.
• 2 Motors: supports up to 125 kg → ideal for 2–3 monitors, laptops, and additional peripherals, without a problem.

Lifting speed

• 1 Motor: 2.5 cm/second (without weight).
• 2 Motors: 3.8 cm/second (without weight).

USB-A and USB-C chargers:

• The Tablakala 2 Motors model includes USB-A and USB-C chargers integrated into the control panel. The 1 Motor model does not have them.

Compatible tabletops

• 1 Motor: width 90–160 cm · depth 50–80 cm.
• 2 Motors: width 110–200 cm · depth 60–80 cm.
  (In both cases: minimum thickness 1.9 cm).

👉 You can choose a Tablakala tabletop, which are made in Spain and are 3cm thick, or use your own as long as it's compatible.
