How do I pay with "Scalapay pay in 3 installments"?

The process is simple. It consists of three steps:
  1. Click on "Add to cart" your product, and then click on "Pay Order". On the Payment screen, choose "Scalapay - Pay in 3 installments" as the payment method.
  2. On the next screen, Scalapay will ask for your details and your card to validate the payment.
  3. Once the payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email and a Scalapay confirmation email with the payment schedule.

  • The first payment is made at the time of purchase.
  • The second payment will be made 1 month from the time of purchase.
  • The third payment will be made 2 months from the time of purchase.
  • Scalapay will notify you by email before each collection with all the information, and the collection will be made automatically on the same card you provided at the time of purchase.
    Depending on your profile, you may also see the option to finance it in 4 installments with Scalapay.

    Requirements to use Scalapay pay in 3 installments:

    • Orders between €5 and €2000.
    • Accepted cards: the main credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

    What happens if I want to return my order and have paid with Scalapay?

    No problem. If you want to return your order paid with Scalapay, contact us. Our team will process the return normally and communicate this information to Scalapay, who will send you an email with all the details of the return and refund.
